Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

  • Prices are as quoted at the time of purchase and may be subject to change
  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMJK Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Termination
